When you start using birth control, is it possible to miss your period?

i just started taking birth control, and it's been 28 or 29 days since my period ended...


i took the birth control on the sunday after my period stopped...


im concerned because ive never missed a period ever.


is this something that happens to most girls?

it just depends on your body...i have been on the pill for 8 months and my periods are lighter and short...but ive never missed a period..i did before i started taken it...mine would be every 3 months and thats why i had to get on the pill...i hope i helped...When you start using birth control, is it possible to miss your period?
I have been on the pill for about six months now and I just get very light period for like a day or two now. in the begining i did miss one, i think its just your body adjusting.
