I am a Sugar patient, should i take insulin or will it be good to control it with tablets?

hi, Im a sugar patient, 47years lady. After breakfast i use to get very tired, and my whole body feels like shivering from inside, what can be the reason? Sometimes my sugar raises high sometimes it will be normal. Now its above 300, should it be better for taking insulin, im avoiding insulin, i use to take tablets,I am a Sugar patient, should i take insulin or will it be good to control it with tablets?

There are different stages for the sugar , better consult your doctor about it . And better consult with experienced and especially sugar specialist .





Apart from that start morning walk at least half an hour daily and Yoga . Try to wake up early in the morning and go for morning walk , this habit really helps you to control sugar . As you have mentioned you sugar level 300 which is very high , so this can be the major reason for shivering .





And don't take it lightly and consult with the doctor immediately .
