I just posted a question, binge eating, can u plese give tips to control it?

im tired of it. But i did notice that if im around people i dont eat much at all, or when i do eat i feel fuller alot faster than normal. is there any other way not binge eat? tips or advice please?I just posted a question, binge eating, can u plese give tips to control it?
Drinking water (which is good for everyone) fills you up. Thus you eat less.





I'm not a professional, so these are only a few of my thoughts. You're not all that different from a lot of people. We people know they're going out to eat with friends (social night out) I've heard a lot of women say that thy will eat (not binge) sometime before they go out for dinner. This is so they don't eat as much in front of their friends. I couldn't believe that when I first heard it. They don't want people to think they eat too much. Oh, the games we play. Men sure don't think in those terms.





You're doing much te same thing as above. You're drinking the water, which fills you up so you don't feel hungry.





Douse the binge eating come after who've spent the evening with your friends and watching them eat? If the answer is yes, then I would say, that's part of your binge eating.





Your major depressive disorder with psychotic features I'm sure have a lot to do with the binge eating. A lot of people who are depressed will eat more. Not because they're hungry, but because of the depression. You have problems in these areas, so I suggest you talk to your doctors and see if you can get a handle on this problem. Maybe you and your doctors can come up with a plan that you can live with.

It sounds like you may benefit from going to a support group called overeaters anonamous. They are situated throughout the world. They have been very successful in helping people to not binge and are free. Hope this helps. This is a very common problem and can be triggered by something emotional

All you need is a strong will and self control; when you are about to eat, just ask yourself a question..'; Am I hungry'; if you think you are not and just eating out of a habit, so refrain from eating; A bit exercise and self restraint will get you in a much better shape.
Just eat healthier food when you are binging. Other than that learn to relax and talk to friends or family when you want to overeat.
