Umm...I'm not thinking empower...I'm thinking what's he is thinking-POWER!! Thats what he really wants. He's saying all that to just get in the White House. All politicians do that: they tell the people whatever they want to hear so they will vote for him. Then when he gets in (God forbid) everybody is going to be whining and crying because he's not doing what he promised. I guess thats what the American people will deserve for falling for it...again.
