Anger Management, what if you don't wanna control it, or If you do wanna use it against someone?

What if your so angry and mad for so long and it just kept bottling up for your life, and you don't want to control it but you can use it, is that really bad? im so angry i don't want to control it or take classes for anger management. Can it get to the point where i will be able to really hurt someone?Anger Management, what if you don't wanna control it, or If you do wanna use it against someone?
what you saying you don't want to get help well i suggest to get help because you are not only to hurt yourself but the people who really care about you trust me it get's worst then better i used to go for anger management because it got to the point i wanted to see people dead and not alive i also went to jail for beating somebody really badlyAnger Management, what if you don't wanna control it, or If you do wanna use it against someone?
Yes, it's really bad. You have no business bottling up all your anger until it comes out sideways and (yes) really hurting someone. It sounds like you are almost excited about being out of control and possibly injuring someone with your anger. Am I misunderstanding you? If you continue to do this in hopes that you might actually harm someone, you then become one of those people other people here talk about who are evil and have no conscience. Get some help for this and learn to treat others as human beings with dignity instead of a target for your anger.
Yes you will if you don't learn how to handle anger. I am sure that you have a lot of really good reasons to be mad and that you have a right to be mad. Life is not always fair and people can be very mean, even people who are supposed to love us.


Try going for a good run and start lifting weights. Get active because activity helps you work out your anger and spend your time better.


If you can take martial arts it will help as much as therapy.
yes. the more susceptible you are to stress and the shorter your fuse the more likely you will engage in an aggressive act.





road rage is number one in letting out your frustrations and it leading to trouble. if someone cuts you off when you've had a bad day and u start to honk your horn, get on their tails, flippin' them off... they may be angry too and get out their car and cause some bodily harm onto you. its very common.





also you can fall into abusive relationships as well. you begin to resent anyone who is happy and try to get them down to your level of unhappiness. that is also very common.





so if you don't want to control your anger the best thing for you to do is control the output of your anger. work out, box, video games, anything that allows you to channel your frustrations in a safe manner.
Of course it's bad. You're looking forward to the day that you get angry enough to hurt someone. If that doesn't ring a bell in your mind or you can honestly say that's true, you need anger management - whether you want it or not.
