an adrenaline rush is also called the flight or fight syndrome. It happens when your body is under stress from fear, anxiousness, or excitement. It is caused from an increase in epinephrine/norepinephrine ( a natural chemical in your body) which is very normal.. This causes an increase in your heart rate, and blood pressure. This is only temporary and usually only last for a few minutes. There is no way to control your bodies response to stimui, and you want to be able to have an ';adrenaline rush'; in case you need it in an emergency situation.What does an adreline rush do also is there away to control it?
no reason to control an adrenaline rush, its not bad. it is just the bodies way to help a person react in stressful situations.
It is when you get so excited about something all of your Adrenalin rushes to your head.
Keep yourself calm and don't get worked up.
