personally the first time i took me 5 months to get pregnant after stopping pills, i had been on them for somewhere near 2 years. after that with my 2nd i had only been back on pills for a few months..so i got preg as soon as i stopped them, and 3rd was the same thing. with the 4th one, i had an iud, took it out, took 1 month of pills (lol i wasnt quite sure....) and then as soon as i stopped, i also got pregnant immediately
My doc said wait three cycles until attempting...of course I ignored that because when I wanted it ,I wanted it....and I was disappointed for three months of trying and trying and still nothing. Month four was golden for us! It was also golden for a couple of other couples who came off the pill too. Hope it works sooner if not up to month four for you.
Also most websites claim that most couples concieve after being on the pill within 6-12 mos.
I've heard of people missing ONE pill and then getting back on schedule the next day, And Still getting Pregnant.

You can get pregnant immediately after stopping it. I was on it for ten years and it only took us three months to get pregnant.
I stopped taking my birth control at the end of a pack, when my period started [Sept. 9]. I got my positive test October 10. I was on birth control for seven years.
I was on the pill for a couple of years and found out I was pregnant about one month after stopping. So, I would say yes... Its very possible!
