Most of the time our subconscious mind runs things inside our dreams, it behaves like an animal, we are slaves to the environment, just following impulses and never stop to think of what we are doing and why we are doing it. Meanwhile our conscious mind is turned off.
But sometimes it awakes, it quickly realizes it is inside a dream and starts directing things, planning, creating objects, scheming. It takes control of it's environment.
Has it happened to you? What did you do?Have you ever awaken inside a dream and took control of it?
It hapened to me twice.
The first time I was spider-man and I was climbing walls!!
The second time I was iron-man and I was flying holding a girl I like(!!) but I was scared too
heres a cool site where you can learn many things about lusid dreams

Yes I have. Once my grandmother was killed in my dream and horrible, horrible things began to happen. Then I realized, hey, my grandmother is alive b/c I can hear her speaking on the phone! (i was sleeping in at the time and my grandmother was on the phone) So i created obscure machines that un-did the ';horrible things'; and my grandmother ';came back to life'; in my dream.
I use to do this all the time!
I use to have dreams that someone or something really scary was chasing me and all I had to do was remember I could fly and all would be well. And I always realised I could fly when I realised I was in a dream.
I could also change the content of my dream but not the pace. I once dreamt I was about to be crushed by a stampeding herd of zebras and elephants and I switched it into a horse race at the track with me as a spectator - so I was out of the way of the speeding horses and no longer in danger.
yes i do all the time. its fun! i did last night. i was playing a strategy game called battle for middle earth 2 before i went to bed and i had a dream about it and kinda woke up in it and had complete control over everything i did in the game. i won in the end of course!
Patricia Garfield was into this, back in the '70's- see if her book, ';Creative Dreaming'; is still in circulation- it sets out the whole picture, with techniques.

Lucid dreaming, yeah did it once, but it didn't last long usually as soon as I realize I'm dreaming I wake up.
It'd be nice to be able to do that at will, maybe get a few answers.
