Dust? Household dust? how can you prevent it or control it?

I live near the docks in a new nice posh flat very happy just besides the odd smell from the docks. i have extreme dust as in i can dust one day and there is mounts of it the next day literally i bought this thing called flixonase allergy. for like 9.99 at chemist. but have not seen a large difference i think its more just for people with allergies not sure.





Has anyone got any advice with out the sarcastic clean your house more as i am the most hygenic person i know anyway.

If you go to any big supermarket at look in the cleaning section for duster wipes called Spontex. These little dusters have something inside them that stops the dust from settling back again. I dust 3 days out of 7. so it cut麓s cleaning time. also you could use a damp cloth to dust , this way the dust stays on the cloth, but look for Spontex duster wipes. You could also buy an air purifier , this will help to clear the air from dust.Dust? Household dust? how can you prevent it or control it?
Could the dust be finding its way in from outside? Many docks are dusty places because of all the transport and movement happening in the vicinity.





Try cleaning with vinegar - it's hygienic and lays dust effectively. It's also non-toxic and eco-friendly.

Get a pureaire system, they arnt that expensive (拢29.99 - 拢79.99) depending on what you want.





These work by taking the dust etc out of the air. My mum has one and swears by it.





I ordered myself one this afternoon, got it slightly cheaper on ebay.
An air filter would provide so much difference in keeping the air clean, the cheap ones won't make a lot of difference yet the ones by pro-allergy companies can cost upto 拢500!


You may be better going for a mid range model like the midea filter at 拢160
