Actually the weaponry at Varginia Tech was purchased at a gun store in Virginia...there were even interviews on TV with the man who sold the gun and amunition to the student. the government is already controlling a few things online. Yes they are working on it. They will allow access to the internet but you will have to apply for it and have their permission. And your right about it all, they will soon be working on a way to wrench the guns from the law abiding citizens.
