I'm guessing that you don't eat anything before a workout. When you exercise, your body is burning calories...if you haven't eaten anything it's going to find them in whatever it can...ideally it's finding them in fat. Try eating something like a banana before your workout...it's low in the bad stuff and high in the good stuff.Why do I get ravenously hungry after a workout? How can I control it?

Eat some carbs and protein prior to working out
Your body is trying to replace calories it just burned. Try eating celery (negative calories) and drinking water. A lot of people feel thirst as a kind of hunger.
Obviously because you've just worked off what you'd previously been eating. It always helps if you eat an apple or something light like a salad.
Drink plenty of water and eat some meat, at least 6ounces of protein.
I go to the GYM everyday, and I drink lots of Mineral water (Apolonaris)
