How long after starting birth control is it okay to have unprotected sex?

I've been on birth control for almost 3 years. i recently stopped using it like 3 months ago. i just got back on 3 days ago and ive had unprotected sex since then. am i going to get pregnant or am i okay??How long after starting birth control is it okay to have unprotected sex?
Nope- most birth controls state they take 1 month to have full effect. Three days will definitely not prevent pregnancy. Is it recent enough to take Plan B (not the abortion pill, don't freak out people)? It can prevent pregnancy if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. The sooner you take it, the better the chances of prevention. And, you don't need a prescription. You might want to check it out.
