I could hear all conversation and noise from family room to bedrooms, how to control it?

you can talk to your family about it to see if there is something that can stop the noise from spreading from room to room, or you can listen to music and concentrate in something else. that may be helpful!!! =DI could hear all conversation and noise from family room to bedrooms, how to control it?
Insulate you walls. You could have insulation blown into yur

stop living with loud mouths
They make a sound proofing insulation. If that dosn't work, you can put corkboard on the walls and cover with drywall.
shut the doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
fill your ears with marshmellows
In order to help control noise from going from room to room, make sure all doors have seals (weatherstripping), HVAC ducts can be sealed %26amp; insulated, attic insulation can be added as well as putting down a sheet of plywood or other dense board in the attic rafters directly above the rooms. There may be other ';holes'; where sound will leak out. To find out where these holes may be, turn off all lights except in one room, stand outside of that room %26amp; look for light coming out. Where there is light, caulk, insulate or somehow seal those areas.

Also, softening up hard surfaces like floors or walls with rugs, cloth or fabric wall hangings will help with sound reverberation. Even longer, thicker drapes around windows will help some.
1)break up the flat hard surfaces. rugs on hard wood floors, curtains not just blinds, pictures, decorations

2)use a small fan when you sleep for white noise. not the over head one it's too quiet.

3)get some 1/4'; weather stripping on a roll and seal the door up about $3. also a flashing thing to take up the gap at the bottom about $8. home depot.
