Why am o breaking out from working out? how can i control it?

ok so i recently started working out again and i have oily skin and im breaking out on m back and forhead. its soooo annoying...what can i do to control it or fix it? any products or suggestions?Why am o breaking out from working out? how can i control it?
Yeah this happens a lot especially if you get really sweaty while working out. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser for your skin type immediately before and immediately after working out. Also be sure to keep your hair as clean as possible, as this too will help minimize the likelyhood of oil form your hair having contact with your skin. It sounds like your sweat is blocking your pores. It could be your clothing paying a part too if you are wearing non-natural fibers like polyester. Take a shower after a workout and look for exercise clothing that is cotton. Cotton allows your skin to breathe.
