I get angry and take things to the extreme over the littlest things, especially if I'm being made fun of.I have the typical german bad temper. How do I control it?
What you have in so many way is a learned response to life. Anger is a natural response to some threat or harm to ourselves. The example you give shows that you are sensitive to your self-image and that when people laugh at you, you feel demeaned and that your image has in some way been harmed.
The first thing you will have to do is acknowledge that what ever the other person is doing your response is wrong. This is important because as long as you focus on the wrong of another you can justify your own response, even if it is wrong.
Next you will have to begin to analyze why you are responding the way you do. It would be good to have a friend or mentor to talk this over with. Seek to find the wrong thinking that is triggering this behavior.

control of your anger comes with time. u have to want to change it. its hard, as i have the 'german bad temper' too. whenever i get too mad i take a puff of green. only 1. it changes my mindset and allows me to rethink things and im usually wrong haha. not that u should smoke marijuana but find your way to cope and control.
