When there are people messing around with your head how do you control it?

I get frustrated a lot about that and that my brain is all over the place about that. I keep telling myself to the people in my head ';Get the hell out of my head'; because there are governments messing around with us. The whole world is spinning in my head. Images of wars and suffering with the use of internet and movies.When there are people messing around with your head how do you control it?

Ask God to get rid of it. Tell him you can't handle it and you just want it gone. Also talk to a professional.
