I have asthma, how can i control it while running what medication is the best?

When running my heart rate goes up abnormally fast and i soon become winded and out of breath. Eventually i start gasping and wheezing, the thing is i don't feel anything blocking my airway. is it mental? if it is or isn't how can i treat it so i can run, what are the best foods before and after running and would you recommend any particular type of inhaler? i also have a history of very bad respiratory infections and a horrible month long bronchitis and pneumonia three years ago.I have asthma, how can i control it while running what medication is the best?
See a doctorI have asthma, how can i control it while running what medication is the best?
you need to see a doctor, please don't keep running until you see a doctor,i have pneumonia and bronchitis 6 month ago they took xrays a month ago and i have a scar on my lungs cause the pneumonia.
I have asthma too... it slowly went away... but i still have it. I use Albuteral Sulfate, but i'm not sure that's right for you. You should see a doctor and ask him if that would work.

I don't think its mental.

But mention the respiratory infections to your doctor too. that might affect his descision.

good luck!
