Many times I try to click on something to open up and it won't work. However, if I hold the control key down, then open it, it will work. I get certificate error messages. not sure how to remedy this. I cam also save the item to my computer first and open it that way, but many times I dont want to save it, just open it. Thanks.How do I get new items to open without holding control key- it has something to do with certificates I think?
Do you have a pop-up blocker installed? Holding down the Ctrl key is a standard way of temporarily overriding a blocker.
